At Zasuna, customer satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Return window
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Item condition
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.


Return Shipping & Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return-related shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.

Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or product):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The customer must purchase and print the return shipping label

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How to Request a Return

Pre-approval is required before sending any return.

    Email info@zasuna.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for confirmation
    Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Prepare your return
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all included materials.

  4. Ship the item
    The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Handling

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome by email

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear


Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please contact us before returning your product.
